In particular, they question the technologies we apprehend as a support for the rationalizations at work: it is therefore a question of subjecting these technologies to analysis to qualify the nature, scope and meaning of these rationalizations. Our theoretical positioning focuses on the action, not to set aside the framework, but rather to show the relationships and transformations that take place between these two entities. In other words, we consider information and communication activities as a communication work that is what Terssac Lalande 2002 call the organizational work. Indeed, following the authors, the communication work aims on the one hand to organize the structuring of symbolic objects data, information, knowledge and on the other hand, to organize the relations between the actors designers and users for structure their actions. It is this play between framing and communicative overflow that is the focus of our work.
