Corporate HR Profiles (Video)

Corporate HR Profiles (Video)

For several years now, we’ve been involved with Labour Market Partnerships working towards improving the inclusion of First Nations communities in the Lower Vancouver Island Workforce. Our collective goal is to create strategies and tools focused on the employment development issues facing First Nations participation in the local workforce.

In this continuous effort to better engage & build relationships with regional First Nations communities, we will be creating an employer profile video catalogue. We collectively believe that this employer profile video catalogue will help build stronger relationships, understanding and trust.

At Benson Cabinetry & Millwork, we never compromise on quality or functionality. This has allowed us to remain a 40-plus-year-old market leader in cabinetry excellence and home space innovation.

While Benson solely operates on a business-to-business basis at this time, our cabinetry is designed with the end-user in mind. The displays outlined on our site serve as a showcase and a tribute to what can be created by our team in the smallest of spaces (micro-units) to the largest of homes (penthouses and beyond). Constantly evolving, and hyper aware of design and environmental trends, Benson can and will enhance the heart of any home, with stylish and functional cabinetry systems that age gracefully.

The fast-changing economic landscape is putting organizations into a crisis like we have never seen before, and the HR needs of the organization have changed. Everyone is looking through a very different lens than just few weeks ago. Depending on your unique circumstances, you may be trying to figure out a new staffing plan and how to work remotely, deciding if and when to lay employees off, or perhaps you are wanting to take advantage of new government programs and don’t know how. All of this can be overwhelming, especially if you are having to do this alone.

Over the years, we’ve had countless conversations with employers needing to make difficult decisions, to think things through objectively, to look at a variety of options with a new lens and a different perspective. In many ways, for us at Engaged HR, this is what we do.

We are ready to walk with you on this difficult journey and offer our support, advice and expertise.
