KD is Director of Operations at Quester Tangent and has overall responsibility of management of functions of company’s operations in the areas of Engineering, Contracts, Program / Project management, Production, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Customer Service, Plant operations & Maintenance.With over 30 years of experience working for high-tech companies in Asia and North America, KD grew his career holding Engineering and Operations management roles through experience in working for global corporations such as Hewlett Packard, Micron, Canon, Honeywell, Technetics, Excelitas and Perkin Elmer Optoelectronics. His diverse experience includes deploying best in class knowledge in Manufacturing/ Engineering operations and Continuous process improvement methodologies. KD’s rich experience includes sustaining and developing innovative technologies and manufacturing products such as semiconductors, optoelectronics – Detectors/Emitters, industrial OEM electronics manufacturing, aerospace electronics, bio-medical sensing and lighting product streams. KD is MS, MBA with executive management specialization in Supply Chain strategy and management from MIT. KD is also ISO 9000 certified auditor and an experienced and certified Six-Sigma black belt.

Quester Tangent designs, develops and manufactures leading edge vehicle monitoring hardware/ microelectronics and software products for the global rail transit industry. The company supplies train management, passenger information & fleet diagnostics systems for new builds, retrofits and overhauls.
