For the past 14 years, Lynn has been leading and developing teams at Schneider Electric. Initially, Lynn was in the commercial side of the business managing a technical inside sales team, then moved into operations managing the customer service and logistics team for the Victoria plant. Supporting and developing organizational talent is her passion. So, a career shift into Human Resources two years ago allowed Lynn to take a more dedicated and focused role to support talent across a larger employee population. Today, Lynn is a Regional HR Business Partner, with HR responsibilities for the Victoria and Edmonton manufacturing plants.
