Robin is the Director, of People & Wellness for Viking Air. Born and raised in an aviation family, Robin has a passion for aerospace that has led her to a 19 year career with Viking. Robin is accountable for all Human Resources, Labour Relations and Safety activities for 600 employees across multiple plants located in Victoria, BC & Calgary, AB. As Viking has grown and expanded exponentially over the last decade, Robin has navigated unique, and distinctively, Vancouver Island challenges on how to recruit and build a World-class aerospace manufacturing workforce. Robin has worked locally, provincially and federally to ensure the long-term sustainability of skilled aerospace workers are available to meet the industry demand.
